An audiovisual exploration of memory.

“With each retrieval, your memory of an event can grow less precise even to the point of being totally false”.
- Donna Bridge (2012)

The central idea of Memory Technicolour was to represent the degradation of memory. It is said that the process of remembering an event from the past can slightly alter the memory, and that the next time the event is recalled we remember the altered memory instead.

Memory Technicolour explores the idea of memory degradation by pushing it to its most abstract and distant, imagining what it a memory may look like after being recalled and stored over and over ad infinitum.
